Meet nine-year old Mikaila Ulmer of BeeSweet Lemonade from 11-2 p.m. to learn about BeeSweet Lemonade and the importance of bees to our food system.

Sustainable Food Center (SFC) cultivates a healthy community by strengthening the local food system and improving access to nutritious, affordable food. With the recent grand opening of the St. David’s Foundation Community Garden and JP’s Peace Love & Happiness Foundation Teaching Garden, this area will provide access for east side neighbors to grow their own food, as well as for children and families to learn the principles of organic food production.
